Over the past few years, I've had a lot of people ask me what I did for my Lyme treatment. They see how well I'm doing and want to know what I did to feel better. As most of you know, for the past 6 years, I've been teaching people how to use natural health solutions. I use dōTERRA Essential Oils and products to help my immune system stay strong and thrive.

First, my son and I did a nebulizing treatment. This treatment is a proprietary combination of natural inorganic compounds and organic molecules that possess inherently antimicrobial properties. After the nebulizing treatment, our bodies needed time to heal and repair, this is where essential oils came in.

First, I knew we needed nutrients, omegas, and cellular vitality. We had already taken dōTERRA's Lifelong Vitality supplements before, so I knew I needed to get back on them once my nebulizing treatment was over.

My body needed good nutrients and minerals. dōTERRA has developed the most advanced food nutrient complex in the industry. Microplex VMz Food Nutrient Complex is a whole-food formula of bioavailable vitamins and minerals that are deficient in our modern diets. It was designed as a comprehensive dietary supplement to be combined with a healthy balanced diet for lifelong vitality and wellness. How I use it: I like to put one drop under my tongue, twice daily.

When it comes to using essential oils internally to benefit your body, Copaiba oil is a must-have. The unique chemical composition of Copaiba means that it can support numerous systems of the body, and it possesses similar properties to cannabinoids found in cannabis. Our bodies need antioxidants to properly support our cellular health. Take Copaiba internally on a regular basis to take advantage of the powerful antioxidants Copaiba oil offers. Maybe you’ve even seen it available as a supplement at your local health-food store. Turmeric powder in capsules and spice bottles comes from a root that is dried and ground. However, an option you probably have heard less about is Turmeric essential oil. Turmeric oil is a much more powerful choice when it comes to using this spice for various health benefits.

Turmeric oil may help support a healthy nervous system, as well as cellular function. The soothing benefits of Turmeric oil can be utilized by taking one to two drops in a Veggie Capsule. Doing this on a regular basis gives your body the antioxidant support it needs to protect your body from free radical damage. It may also support healthy immune function as well as immune response.
