April Newsletter

Happy April! Spring is in full force and my allergies are baaaackkk! How about you? Thankfully, I have an awesome natural remedy to help relieve my symptoms. I get all stuffy and sneezy, and my eyes itch like crazy! I like to use 4 oils for relief. Lavender, Lemon, Peppermint, and Melaleuca. The picture below is one of the ways you can use these oils.

You can also add these oils to an empty veggie capsule. My youngest daughter gets super stuffy and her eyes get red and itchy whenever she is around cats, she uses a roll-on bottle with these oils with fractionated coconut oil and circles them around her eye bone and over the bridge of her nose. A roll-on bottle is so convenient to carry around with us.

We really like the Breathe's an easy way to apply Breathe on the kids when we're running out the door or before bed. Breathe stick is kinda like that vapor rub our Mom's used to put on us as kids...without the synthetics and petrolatum.

  • Provides a cooling, soothing effect both topically and aromatically.

In my house we call this 'Magic in a Bottle'. Why you ask? Because it can help to relieve digestion issues so quickly! I like to put 1-2 drops on my tongue when I need relief. My kids like to use DigestZen in a roll-on bottle with Fractionated Coconut Oil and roll it on their tummies.
